EXPERIENCE.
Ideal applicants should have development experience in the following key areas of Financial Risk Management.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing these areas, including.
Asset & Liability Management Liquidity Risk Management Market Risk Analysis Treasury Performance Analysis Value Based Management Credit Risk Management QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications.
7-10 years of experience in the development of the above-mentioned areas Strong educational background with a degree in economic/financial, statistical, or engineering subjects Excellent problem-solving skills Outstanding relational skills and an inclination toward teamwork F lexibility to adapt to changing requirements Very good knowledge of the banking industry Experience with regulatory frameworks, both Basel and BRSA V aluation expertise in conventional and synthetic financial products and derivative markets Proficiency in English APPLICATION PROCESS.
