Your Profile Manage and coordinate engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring the execution of services in accordance with established safety, quality, and deadline standards.
Monitor the performance of engineering and maintenance teams, promoting continuous training and providing technical support whenever necessary.
Plan and manage investment projects (CAPEX), from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
Lead and develop the engineering and maintenance team, fostering a collaborative, motivating, and high-performance work environment.
Evaluate team performance, provide constant feedback, and identify development and training needs.
Ensure clear, effective, and assertive communication between the engineering and maintenance teams, other departments within the company, and senior management.
Prepare and control the engineering and maintenance budget, ensuring the efficient use of financial resources.
Monitor and generate performance reports, proposing continuous improvements in operations.
Mandatory requirements.
