Gi Group SA Luxury Items Repair Technician About Us: Join our team as a Repair Technician and become part of a company known for high-quality products that blend luxury with technical heritage. We are looking for someone passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute to our tradition of excellence. Responsibilities: Perform high-standard repairs and coordinate with client care for special cases. Use our repair management system to organize repairs and order parts. Maintain and organize the workshop, including machines and tools. Inform and advise clients about repairs and our products. Meet KPIs like turnaround time and quality standards. Build long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty. Provide first-class service to ensure customers enjoy their journeys with our products. Other Duties: Load, unload, and move materials manually or with equipment. Handle material activities like counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking. Ensure safe working conditions per OSHA regulations. Clean work areas and equipment daily. Profile: We love what we do and want to hear from you if: You are passionate about high-quality products and craftsmanship. You have experience in a manufacturing/technical environment or a similar role. You have a High School diploma or equivalent. You have a mechanical background using hand and power tools (preferred). You have worked in a repairs-related field. Skills: Attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Enthusiastic about client care and delivering memorable experiences. Fluent in English & German (additional languages are a plus).
