LOGISTIC BULK & PACK SCHEDULER

Our client, a global group of energy and petrochemical companies, is seeking a Hub Logistic Bulk & Pack Scheduler to manage the day-to-day activities related to fleet and road safety management, drivers’, and subcontractor management coordinating transport scheduling for outbound deliveries.

Location: Cisliano (MI)

As one of our Intern, you’ll experience:


Responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with shipping operations controlling the movements of trailers for Bulk and Pack (delivered and pick-ups), in cooperation with planning, logistics and production.
Responsible for monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and instituting corrective actions to support Hub KPIs (example OTIF, Customer Satisfaction, Supplier Contract adherence performance, POD, complaints)
Contribute to the efficiency of Logistics Transport operations related to Contract, Fleet and Drivers management.
Provide support for the development and maintenance of the logistics tools necessary to manage daily operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and participates in Integrated Business Value initiatives and Cost Saving activities.
Responsible to monitor and control Extra cost associated with managed deliveries.

Minimum level of Education: Degree in Economic or engineering
