LIFE SCIENCES MANAGERIAL TRAINEE

Job Title.
Life Sciences Managerial Trainee   We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual with a solid background in life sciences and hands-on experience in wet lab work to join our team in a managerial capacity.
This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience who is looking to leverage their scientific knowledge into a leadership role.
You will have the opportunity to combine your technical skills with data analysis and extraction, while developing the strategic insight needed to succeed in a managerial context.
Key Responsibilities.
Data Analysis & Extraction.
Apply your wet lab experience to extract, analyse, and interpret data with precision, contributing to key project decisions.
Team Collaboration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, utilising your scientific background to communicate technical insights and guide project outcomes.
Process Optimization.
Identify opportunities for improving procedures, data workflows, and project outcomes through innovative solutions.
Managerial Development.
Learn to manage projects while transitioning into a leadership role with strategic oversight.
Cross-functional Communication.
Act as a bridge between the scientific and managerial teams, helping to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications.
Education.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Experience.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a wet lab setting.
Skills.
Strong background in scientific research methodologies.
Proficiency in data extraction, processing, and analysis.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and software is a plus (e.
., Excel, R, Python).
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Passion.
