The Legal Counsel will report to the Lead Legal Counsel Italy and have a strong understanding of Italian civil, commercial and corporate law and familiarity with manufacturing chains issues, including presidia under Legislative Decree .
How will you make an impact? You will.
Deliver results-driven legal advice across all lines of business and Maisons represented by Richemont Italy and relevant stakeholders, including advice and support for the Italian based Maisons Negotiate, review, and draft a variety of commercial contracts, ranging from manufacturing, distribution, retail leases, sponsorship agreements, etc.
