Tax & Legal Our Client is an international trading company with over 20 years experience in ferroalloys products, with a presence in multiple locations in Europe, Asia and the US.
We are looking for a new Legal & Compliance Secretary / Paralegal (M/F) Skills required.
Higher Education such as FH/University degree.
A degree in law would be an asset At least 2-3 years working experience as Legal & Compliance Secretary or in a similar position Good organizational skills, autonomy, discretion with confidential information Very good command of English and Italian.
Other languages are considered a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Driving license compulsory Key tasks and responsibilities.
Reporting to.
General Counsel, the new Paralegal will be responsibile for.
Liaising with state authorities, notaries, and other third parties on various matters (in It/Eng) PoAs management (drafting, signing, and registration) Signing of various legal documents (electronic document exchange, collecting signatures and organ-izing the delivery of original documents) Maintaining of the legal archive (original documents and electronic database management), as well as various internal registers Organizing notarization and legalization of documents with local and international notaries, embas-sies, and other relevant institutions Filling and proofreading due diligence forms Based on experience and subject to necessary qualifications.
drafting and proofreading simple docu-ments such as minutes, letters, contracts, etc.
under the supervision of the legal team Occasional translation of documents Handling incoming and outgoing external correspondence Providing general support to the Legal and Compliance Departments, including document scanning, copying, distribution of documents, and organizing meetings/calls Job location.
