LEAN EXPERT

Job Responsibilities Train and coach staff at Pisticci Plant on Lean principles, tools and techniques Introduce Lean programmes and practices within the site and ensure their sustainability and desired impact on the business Develop a robust continuous improvement culture in partnership with the Lean Manager, Pisticci Leadership team and key business stakeholders Lead targeted interventions at leadership and staff levels to motivate the desired culture change Provide lean expertise and support to the Pisticci team Ensure that the assigned projects and initiatives are delivered in line with agreed timelines and to expected scope Report on progress of projects, understanding the risks, dependencies, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones and forthcoming pipeline, and actions necessary to ensure success Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health and Safety regulations, Quality and Environmental standards and all other Company policies and procedures Contribute to the definition of Lean goals and objectives Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in scientific field Process Management and/or Project Management qualification an added advantage Experience Minimum 5 years professional experience Experience with lean tools and techniques, process mapping and business process improvement, change management, and team leadership Technical Skills Logical and analytical thinking Communication skills and ability to active people involvement Training and coaching Excellent oral and written communication skills Working proficiency in English Behavioural Skills Problem solving Company Description For over 30 years, Lesaffre has been involved in Human Health & Nutrition as part of its ambition to Better Nourish and Protect the Planet.
