LEADING BARTENDER/SOMMELIER
Responsabilità principali
Accogliere e interagire con gli ospiti in modo gentile e accogliente.
Fornire consigli su cocktail, vini e altre bevande in base ai gusti dei clienti.
Padroneggiare l'arte del mixology, creando cocktail unici e d'autore che riflettano il marchio e gli standard di qualità del treno.
Essere sempre aggiornati sui nuovi prodotti, sulle tecniche e sulle ultime tendenze nel campo delle bevande e della mixology.
Assicurare che il bar sia conforme a tutte le linee guida in materia di salute, sicurezza e igiene.
Comunicare efficacemente con gli ospiti per creare un'esperienza personalizzata e memorabile.
Promuovere attivamente le offerte speciali, gli eventi e le bevande premium per migliorare l'esperienza degli ospiti.
