LEAD PROJECT PLANNING SPECIALIST

As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Responsibilities: Creating project plans, providing target dates and timing baseline to involved functions, prioritizing critical tasks and constraints, ensuring they are accurately integrated into project planning scenarios. Evaluating and analyzing risks and issues affecting project results and identifying actions to shorten execution and delivery lead time. Ensuring other functions have access to accurate reports and projections, and that relevant documents are available for the customer. Updating and reviewing the Project Schedule, assessing and verifying activities progress, identifying current or future risks, and proposing solutions to mitigate them. Maintaining and regularly communicating to your manager the progress & main schedule risks for each project. Working closely with internal functions and site teams, preparing mitigation plans when needed. Showing summary indicators such as summary schedules, forecast milestones, project KPIs, and preparing high-level presentations for management and customer reviews. Keeping track of project financial milestones related to billing & sales events, preparing forecast projections and target vs actual gap analysis. Monitoring fulfillment activities, certifying completeness of KPIs during the project closure phase until the handoff to the Site operations team. To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Have very good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Have very good knowledge of O365 apps (at least very good at MS Excel, experience with SharePoint, PowerApps, Forms, and Flow). Be able to use Oracle ERP and Primavera P6. Have excellent project management skills; experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous. Have knowledge/experience in Lean Six Sigma.
