Lead PO: You'll be setting the example to a team of Product Owners within our Product teams, demonstrating to them how to create products that our business markets truly need. Agile Enthusiast: We need someone who can instil an agile mindset, boost competencies, and foster an atmosphere of ongoing improvement, transparency, and collaboration among our Product Owners and Business Analysts. Visionary Collaborator: You'll work closely with stakeholders from across the company to co-create a compelling product vision. Value Champion: Your mission is to make sure our products deliver maximum value to our users and the business. Data-Driven Decision Maker: You'll use customer and business data, along with product frameworks, to steer our product development choices. Stakeholder Management: Gain support from product stakeholders across the organisation by effectively communicating our shared product vision and development strategy. Your key responsibilities Spread the experience: Mentor our Product Owners and Business Analysts, building solid relationships, and promoting effective teamwork. Emotional Intelligence: Recognise, understand, and influence the emotions of yourself and others to build strong working relationships. Prioritisation Expert: Ensure the work generated by our Software Team aligns with business objectives and is prioritised for maximum value. Metrics Focused: Keep an eye on product metrics and suggest enhancements to boost our product's business value. Change Catalyst: Operate efficiently in a company undergoing transformational change and drive changes within existing systems and processes. Roadmap Delivery: Craft and evolve product roadmaps driven by customer and business value and use them as a crucial communication tool for stakeholders. Problem Solver: Analyse and articulate requirements, embrace flexibility in scope management, and facilitate collaboration to reach common goals. Continuous Learner: Proactively seek ways to improve your knowledge and experience to contribute to our collective success. Systems Thinker: Understand the bigger picture and interdependencies within complex systems or domains to make a positive impact. Experience Excellent knowledge and experience of Agile, scrum methodology and practices as a Product Owner/Manager Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills Experience with DevOps or JIRA Insurance and Broking industry experience, including digital web journeys Q&B and Self-Service Experience in B2B and B2C user-experience and design DevOps or JIRA Experience working with IT systems in a Broking/Insurance environment Qualifications Educated to a business degree or relevant subject (advantage) Certified Agile Product Owner (essential) Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications (or working towards) would be advantageous Mission and Values Our mission is to be both the Technology Partner and Employer of choice for the UK General Insurance Market.
