You’ll be reporting into the National Account Manager, taking ownership of the assigned customers, acting as a pivotal player in building positive relationships with the key stakeholders and growing the degree of trust and customer satisfaction.
In brief, you will be responsible for.
Leading main accounts in North Italy area, maintaining, elevating and strengthen our key relationships with them and playing a key role on influencing customer satisfaction Manage relationships and grow sales, starting from a clear understanding of the customer strategy, their shopper and competitive environment.
Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings, ensuring client’s profitability in line with company KPI and campaign developments) and implement it for the assigned customer accounts Excellent sales fundamentals performance.
Distribution of top SKUS and NPD, shelving strategy, accurate price positioning, outstanding promotional plans to improve our products loyalty and market share Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and answer the appropriate business solutions Forecast and analysis of the monthly sales Key Outputs Refer sales opportunities and customer feedback, to internal organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met.
Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met Qualifications Hard Skills College Degree or Master Degree At least 4 years of proven experience in sales roles Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age/role Data-driven and analytical approach High proficiency in English Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills Professional Attributes Communication Skills - you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
Therefore, it’s relevant you have excellent interpersonal skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
