Job Description As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the Managing Director in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
Your responsibilities.
Support project planning and coordination, ensuring all activities are aligned with project goals and timelines.
Assist in managing project budgets and optimising resource allocation.
Monitor and identify potential risks or issues and contribute to effective risk management strategies.
Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution and alignment on key deliverables.
Qualifications Education.
Recent graduate with an industrial engineering education.
Languages.
Native or fluent Italian, oral and written, is required.
In addition, English proficiency is required.
Soft skills.
Ability to work within a team; Problem-solver with “can-do” attitude, curious, detail-oriented with an analytical mindset; Appetence for lean management practices and project management.
Technical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; general affinity with IT.
Skills in data manipulation.
