Junior Data Specialist - hiring L.68/99 Commitment & contract: Full time - fixed term contract (12 months) Location: Genova (Erzelli) ABOUT US At IIT we work enthusiastically to develop human-centered Science and Technology to tackle some of the most pressing societal challenges of our times and transfer these technologies to the production system and society. YOUR TEAM You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research. The Human Capital and Organization Directorate is coordinated by Mr. Marco Monga. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Enters and updates personnel master data in the system (on Zucchetti and Sap software), both in manual mode and by means of data acquisition processes. Performs correctness, squaring and consistency checks of data in the system by means of excel work files. Performs document matching checks on data acquired in the system. Prepares monthly and periodic output files and reports pertaining to personnel economic and financial data. Provides support to administrative activities pertaining to the payroll process and in general to the office of labor cost management and analysis. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Enrollment in protected categories L.68/99. Diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in economics. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel using pivot tables and vlookup functions. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). A cooperative approach with the stakeholders. Accuracy and good analytical skills. Confidentiality in data management. ADDITIONAL SKILLS Past experience of Human Resources data entry preferred. Good communication skills. Strong problem-solving attitude. High motivation to learn. Good at time and priority management. Ability to work in a challenging and international environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment.
