We are looking for a Junior Account-based marketing, who will be trained in 2 years apprenticeship contract in Milan within the Marketing and Sales function of Smart Infrastructure.
During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

Your Challenge As a Junior account based marketing apprentice your activities will be to.
Drive and implement marketing campaigns that targets high-value accounts and aligns with overall business objectives.
Work closely with various teams to develop action plans for their implementation and coordinate the activities of various partners.
Develop and create content for multi-channel campaigns - email, display, social media, and events - to nurture and convert target accounts, working with all departments to implement it.
Use data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
Design and implement product related marketing strategies to drive product demand in selected vertical markets and for specific target clusters.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have.
Education background in Marketing or equivalent.
You are under 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.
Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various team members.
