Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking customers Help customers with inquiries, product information, and order management Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies Adhere to quality standards and follow established procedures Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and handle customers' inquiries effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficient computer skills and ability to work with customer support tools Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Willingness to relocate and work in Greece Valid EU passport or ID
