Design and development of new Windows-based IT services or improvements of existing ones Windows server and infrastructure monitoring and maintenanceBe active part in the incident/problem management process in collaboration with the ICT Service desk, providing shared know-how and more efficiency in IT services' provisioningESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSDegree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent working experience (5 years or more) in the ICT fieldDeep technical knowledge on MS Windows systems (i.
