Cyber Electronic Warfare and Space team is currently seeking an IT Specialist II in support of an exciting new effort supporting one of our clients that is responsible for unifying the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthening DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrating and bolstering DoD's cyber expertise.
Essential Job Responsibilities Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
Diagnoses, identifies, isolates and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.
May route calls to product line specialists.
Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
#LI-SG1 Minimum Qualifications 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
Candidates Must be a US Citizen, due to the sensitivity of the work.
