Start your future with BorgWarner now! Job purpose BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a IT Specialist - Client Tech to join our Technical Center in Orsenigo.
Key Responsibilities Support all Orsenigo and Cagliari employees for Hardware issues; General Computer Desktop & Laptop support; Configure new and existing PCs according to Corporate standards for deployment; Desktop Applications installation and troubleshooting; PC Hardware Refresh Project involvement; Provide & Maintain mobile devices support; Ensures that remote and on-site support issues are resolved to customers satisfaction; Support the setup of processes; Providing 1st and 2nd Level support but also leading local Client/Infrastructure and LAN change activities; Support of Local Production/Manufacturing Connectivity; Support in setting up an IT Service Catalogue; Build IT service relationship with internal customers Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies specified are followed and to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
What we’re looking for High School Diploma in Information Technology 5 years working in Information Technology as IT support and delivery or Service Desk Good level of English Experience in Service Management Experience in Service Management Tools Experience in Microsoft Client/Server Infrastructures Experienced with Microsoft OS (Win ) Experienced in Microsoft Office Applications Basic application/software support i.
., SAP GUI client, Browser, VPN client, Backup, etc.
