You will also drive business process design changes and solution improvements to processes, providing operational support to existing IT systems in their day-to-day operations. How you’ll live your ambition: We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to join the IT Systems Delivery team at the Company’s Headquarter in Genoa – Italy. Demonstrate your passion Thanks to the skills acquired during your professional development, you will have a key role in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the Partnership Relationship Management (PRM) system, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization and its partners. You will optimize the business value delivered by projects and solutions, define evolution roadmaps, and design software solutions according to state-of-the-art technology paradigms. You will coordinate the application delivery activities, allocate capacity according to company priorities, and prioritize project plans and scheduling resources efficiently. You will also coordinate vendors involved in the application delivery process and facilitate team collaboration. Thanks to your negotiation skills, you are able to bring business needs into dialogue with the technical logic of the IT department. Get things right How? You will support your functional manager in planning and updating project calendars weekly. You will collaborate with your functional manager in the international coordination of local IT teams across regions. You will manage and update content in knowledge base platforms and play a key role in identifying areas of improvement for our IT solutions to optimize processes, following shared guidelines. What makes you unique: Your academic background in STEM or Information Technology areas has provided you with a solid 3-4 years of experience in managing technology programs for global companies. You have a track record as an Applications Delivery Manager and applied knowledge of different methodologies. As the captain of many projects, you are a passionate spirit for taking on new challenges and building strong alliances with cross-functional teams. You have good knowledge of PRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce) and the ability to ensure successful project delivery in a channel tech stack area, which represents a nice to have. You have extensive understanding of deploying applications in the cloud and knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools. As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English. Your passion and enthusiasm in facing new challenges, proposing solutions leading projects and working in a team is essential in this role.
