Purpose of Position: We are looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee the entire IT project portfolio and coordinate various resources, teams and stakeholders both internal and external. The main responsibilities are developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. He/she will be the go-to person working closely with the business to determine the goals and strategize the new projects according to the needs and priorities of the business. Description of main Responsibilities / Activities: Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Establish effective project communication plans Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Conduct post-project evaluation and identify “lessons learned” Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field Professional Tools / Skills: Microsoft: O365, Azure Experiences: +10 years of experience in IT project management in multinational context Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory Computer Skills: Ability to leverage Project Management Softwares; Microsoft and Cloud Solutions competences Behavioural requirements: Motivation Organization skills Focus to results Respect Transparency Honesty Certification: PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus We welcome applications from candidates of all genders, backgrounds, identities, nationality, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, parental responsibilities, age, religion, or belief.
