[IT] ORACLE DEVELOPER

WellD Italia is looking for an Oracle PL/SQL developer to join its dev team in Milan. This is a mid-level position requiring a minimum of three years experience with Oracle and relational DBMS. Easily accessible by public transportation. What tech we use We currently work with Java (BE), ReactJS (FE), and Oracle (DB) - exploiting git / gitlab and the use of docker / containerization. For this specific position, we need someone with good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL Programming. Experience with Java is also appreciated. What you'll do Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL codebase for custom software solutions. Collaborate with the development team to design and implement database solutions that meet project requirements. Perform database administration tasks as needed. Participate in Agile Development processes, including code reviews, pair programming, and continuous delivery. Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring high-quality and scalable systems. Engage in open source initiatives, sharing knowledge on the company's Tech Blog and contributing to open-source projects when possible. Work closely with clients in various sectors including Energy, Industrial, Finance, and Health to understand and address their challenging requirements. What we're looking for Minimum of three years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL development. Strong knowledge of relational database management systems. Experience with database administration tasks is appreciated. Proficiency in Java (Back-End) is a strong advantage. Familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitLab and containerization technologies such as Docker. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Passion for technology, with an analytical mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
