IT INCIDENT/ SERVICE MANAGER

- overseeing incident management process and team members involved in resolving incidents - manage every aspect of the incident starting with its assessment and leading up with its resolution - lead recurring meetings to keep relevant parties updated on the status of the incidents - respond to a reported incident, identify the cause and initiate the incident management process acorrdingly with the group practice and sla - communicate with top management if major issues are identified - develop and maintain incident processes and procedures related documentation - document incident details, causes, and resolution actions competenze ed esperienza successful candidate.
- previous experience in incident management and service management - knowledge of it service management software (eg itil) - excellent communication, collaboration and coordination skills - analitical, problem solving and time management skills - attention to details and proficiency in documenting incident - degree in computer science - good knowledge of the english language completa l'offerta great opportunity of professional growth
