Global HR Global Finance, Procurement & IT Group Legal & Corporate Affairs Global Communication & External Relations Transformation Global Strategy, SV&S and Business Development   Who we are looking for Purpose The person will be included in the Global ICT department and, more specifically, will be part of the Business Application for Innovations (BAI) Area.
The role will be focused on the projects related to the Quality function.
Main Responsibilities Needs identification and roadmapping.
Identifies projects and its development for the assigned center of responsibility, assessing their feasibility and priority level.
Verifies final alignment between demand and product.
Prepares the execution plan and coordinates the execution phase monitoring the progress of the projects.
Oversee the development and improvement of software applications.
Project Management.
Performs project feasibility analysis and the project setup, coordinating project execution with a governance on all the phases.
Gathers Business requirements and functional specifications and implements COTS solutions or design custom solutions, moving from functional to technology specifications.
Manages test implementation, documentation and change management until project delivery.
Manages the transition of project to the support team, to ensure optimal business continuity after the delivery stage.
Coordinates internal and external resources at each stage of the process.
Defines business arrangements with service providers.
Evolutionary Maintenance.
Collects the need for evolutions of the application portfolio for its own center of expertise.
Having a good understanding of processes and procedures, supports key users in design the “to be” scenario.
Designs a response to functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements, implementing technology solutions on existing systems.
Performs evolutionary activities by applying the design method.
Designs evolutions with key users, evaluating and identifying innovative solutions.
Coordinates internal and external resources at each stage of the process.
Experience Required At least 5 years of experience within ICT departments, possibly in a pharmaceutical environment.
A previous experience in GxP environment will be positively evaluated.
Education Technical / Scientific Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Management Engineering.
Languages Fluent English (both written and spoken) Technical Skills     Systems dedicated to Quality Control processes as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and preferably also LES (Laboratory Execution System)     Knowledge of Quality Control processes      PMI and Agile Project Management     Feasibility studies     Relational Databases     SW architectures     Basic knowledge of networking and software development.
