What will you do?      Context The resource will work in a team of scientists, engineers, and/or other professional employees to support the application of advanced statistical analyses in Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT), following a continuously growing number of tasks coming from several departments, mainly Manufacturing Support.
The candidate will be part of the Local MSAT Product Technology & NPI team which is a newborn, multidisciplinary and dynamic team which is driving continuous improvement and innovation within MSAT Organization.
Project description The candidate will work side by side with the local MSAT statistician, interacting with data scientists and process experts to improve data management and to enable quick and reliable statistical analyses; typical applications include planning and statistical evaluation of experiments, comparability studies, setting alert and action limits.
He/she will also ensure the Continued Process Verification (CPV) supporting investigations and the resolution of critical deviations.
In addition, he/she will contribute to document, report and communicate results in the form of technical reports and presentations.
Competencies The intern will develop competencies related to statistical methodologies and multivariate data analysis applied to vaccines drug substance and drug product processes as well as with the most common statistical tools and programming languages as R.
Beside that, the resource will take familiarity with the manufacturing processes in MSAT Organization (Primary and Aseptic Operations) and with the DMAIC problem solving methodology.
