May Help us get ahead of disease together with our Internship Programme Contesto Il reparto Engineering Compliance & Validation Process Support si occupa di introdurre processi di semplificazione per garantire il rispetto ed il monitoraggio dei KPIs e trend aziendali, tramite l’implementazione di best practices condivise all’interno del reparto di Ingegneria ed estese a tutto il sito.
In questo contesto si rende necessario l’inserimento di una figura in stage al fine di collaborare all’analisi predittiva dei trend dei Key Performance Indicators, al supporto sull’implementazione di nuovi tool/power BI utili per le attività GMP di reparto e alla digitalizzazione delle procedure tramite la realizzazione di video tutorial.
Obiettivi e modalità del tirocinio.
Lo stage sarà eseguito nel team Engineering Compliance & Validation Process Support presso l'azienda Glaxo Smith Kline di Rosia per la durata di 6 mesi.
Lo stage propone una formazione sui processi relativi alla gestione e al monitoraggio delle attività specifiche ed in particolare, prevederà le seguenti attività.
Elaborazione KPI’s di reparto e Weekly trending report; Supporto sullo sviluppo di nuovi tool/power BI utili per la gestione di attività GMP; Digitalizzazione delle procedure tramite la realizzazione di video tutorial; Creazione di linee guida per la condivisione sull’utilizzo di tool sviluppati all’interno del reparto.
Competenze da sviluppare.
Nello specifico il tirocinante acquisirà le principali competenze inerenti alle seguenti attività.
Monitoraggio periodico dello stato di avanzamento delle attività pianificate nel rispetto delle scadenze definite; Applicazione delle cGMP e delle maggiori linee guida di enti regolatori nazionali e internazionali (AIFA, FDA, EMA); Conoscenza delle caratteristiche e funzioni del lavoro in team; Organizzazione aziendale per una corretta comprensione di tutti i processi aziendali; Tecniche di comunicazione per una corretta interrelazione con diversi interlocutori.
