Mercer is seeking candidates for the position to join us as an International Mobility Senior Consultant based in Milan/Rome.

We will count on you to.
Advise our clients on international mobility topics, acquiring new customers, expanding existing customer relationships; Account management responsibilities; Project management of national and international consulting projects focusing on international compensation and participation in national and international project teams; Identify market trends and customer needs and support the evolution of Mercer products and services; Holding presentations and external lectures, conducting seminars, writing articles and conducting marketing activities.
What you need to have.
Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or similar; 2 – 4 years of professional experience in the field of international compensation and / or mobility / secondment of an international company, ideally acquired in a corporate environment or in a renowned management consultancy; Consulting and/or sales experience in International Compensation and / or Global Mobility services; Fluency in both Italian and English; Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Outlook); Strong analytical, processing and data-driven aptitude and skills.
