International Customers & PBV Key Account Manager - Light Commercial Vehicles (M/F/D) at Kia Italia in Milan, Italy Kia is, together with its sister brand Hyundai, the fifth-largest automotive company in the world.

The International Customers & PBV Key Account Manager works within the Sales Fleet team reporting to the Fleet & Remarketing Senior Manager and supports his/her manager in ensuring that on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis the assigned business channel consistently and profitably meets vehicle sales quotas and revenues, in a highly competitive work environment.
Maintains and develops long-term relationships with international customers, Dealer Network and Leasing companies’ KAM.
S/he represents the brand and provides excellent customer service to the customer base.
Your Mission.
The International Customers & PBV Key Account Manager is responsible to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales targets, in terms of orders in Light Commercial Vehicles (PBV - Purpose Built Vehicles) and Passengers car business - B2B channel.
• S/he supports other KAM in PBV Business and is the direct referent for International Fleet Customers.
• S/he is in contact with Kia Europe to support the start-up of PBV’s.
• S/he works to develop and increase B2B volumes for his area; he is involved in international customers management and PBV development in Italy.
• S/he works together with others KAMs in terms of support for PBV business.
Your Talents.
University degree in business administration or other relevant degree 3+ years in automotive industry (B2B) Italian.
fluent, spoken and written English.
fluent, spoken and written MS-office proficient, with excellent Excel and PPT skills Able to think out of the box Comfortable in working in Cross Cultural environment The ideal candidate is comfortable in working in cross cultural environment and s/he shows a desire to improve the status quo with a positive “can do” attitude and enthusiasm for the automotive market.
Strongly goal-oriented, s/he has team working, communication, public speaking, reliability and organizational skills with good negotiation ability.
Contractual grade.
First Level CCNL or above.
