• support client development initiatives that will drive the business forward • manage a portfolio of tasks ranging from quick actions (e.
., retrieve financial info of a client, etc.) to long-term strategic initiatives over several months (e.
., forecasts) • work with a variety of stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units • help managing priorities and strategic goals of the Bank in prospecting activities Your team You'll be working in the Strategy and Acquisition team based in Milan, with a central role in the activation/conversion of prospects and in the implementation of the One-Bank approach.
Your expertise • quick learner when it comes to new skills, be it a new IT tools, or new processes.
Excel proficiency is a must have • excellent organizational skills and ready to juggle many tasks and data simultaneously • excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills • always striving to challenge the status quo.
