The Strategic Program Manager plays a critical role in clarifying our strategies for the transformation and driving cross functional alignment and collaboration to deliver success.
l Contribute to evolvement of JPKK commercialization strategy Ø Develop a comprehensive view of JPKK strategic initiatives Ø Propose directions for commercial strategy evolvement and relevant initiatives Ø Drive alignment with key stakeholders on direction of strategy evolvement l Lead successful execution of Commercial Excellence (CE) key initiatives across Business Unit (BU) Ensure clear definition of project goals, approaches and implementation plan Ø Ensure BU strategy/ situations are appropriately considered in CE projects Ø Work closely with CE business partners to ensure alignment of project goals/ approaches across BU Ø Implement strong project management to ensure successful delivery of the projects l Work with APAC teams to introduce new capabilities Ø Closely work with APAC team to reflect Japan business situation and needs in new capability design Ø Lead execution of project in Japan l Contribute to CE and strategy and operation culture and way of working Ø Support management of key governance bodies to drive alignment and collaboration in CE and cross functionally Ø Drive CE culture and way of working towards defined vision *Assignment of the responsibilities will be based on the scale/complexity/stakeholders/organization life cycle and other factors.
The actual percentage of time spent on the major duties & responsibilities listed above will vary based on the assignment/rotation/project allocated at any given point in time.
Qualifications 【 Required Capability & Skills】 l Good understanding of Healthcare industry (Pharma projects at consulting firm or Pharma company experience is a plus) l Strong consulting experience is a plus l Highly strategic and visionary l Ability to engage with wide range of senior stakeholders in Japan and across the region l Ability to think outside of the box to propose solutions to difficult problems.
l Strong project management skill l Fluent English and Business level of Japanese
