Come and join our Customer Service team in Italy as  In   Vitro Diagnostics Operational Excellence Manager  with direct accountability on Specialties Lab Solutions (Coagulation and Hematology).  Service Operational Excellence refers to the practice of continuously improving and optimizing service delivery processes to enhance customer satisfaction, improve efficiency, and achieve organizational goals.
It encompasses a set of principles, methodologies, and tools aimed at delivering high-quality services consistently while minimizing waste and inefficiencies.
Your role.
Take care of post sales direct problem-solving trough method applications or troubleshooting or by activating the specific technical service or application support and reaching consequent customer satisfaction.
Process Optimization.
analyzing and refining workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and streamline operations.
Data-Driven Decision Making.
Utilizing data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions that enhance service delivery.
Service Quality Management.
Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure services meet defined standards and customer expectations.
Performance Measurement.
establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service effectiveness and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement Culture.
fostering an organizational culture that encourages innovation, experimentation, and a willingness to learn from both successes and failures.
Employee Empowerment.
engaging and ensure training employees to take ownership of their roles and contribute to continuous improvement.
Your expertise.
Master’s degree in biology Degree in Biomedical Laboratory Techniques Master’s degree in biomedical engineering 3-5 years of experience in similar role Competence in interactive communication, problem solving and decision making.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate complex technical / clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner.
Good and fluent English in both written and oral communication Dynamic and proactive with personal initiative to reach the targets Curiosity and continuous openness to learn, flexibility and availability also to move into the region assigned.
Able to work independently, as well as an effective team player and respectful of diversity.
Good knowledge of MS Office Package (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) Based in Lombardy Availability to travel Our global team.
