- Delivering technical support to customers - Providing Professional Services to customers - Delivering timely training and technical workshops to partners - Providing Technical Support to Sales team (pre-sales activity) - Participating in the localization of the products and manuals - Elaborating solutions and architecture that answers to customer’s advanced requirements Essential Technical Skills - At least 1 years of experience with support of an Identity Access Management solution (ID 管理、ガバナンス、申請・承認ワークフロー、プロビジョニング、統合認証、 フェデレーション、2 要素認証) - OS.
Linux, Windows - Directory.
LDAP, Active Directory The candidate is also expected to have some experience in technical documentation.
Additional technical skill would be a plus - Programming experience with Java, PHP - Database.
MySQL - Web technology.
Apache, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript Essential Performance Criteria Communications - Good presentation and communication skills for interfacing with customers.
- Ability to listen and synthetize customers’ need and requirements Relationships - Attitude- confident, friendly, helpful, sincere and positive.
Productivity - Initiative - seek out learning opportunities; continuously increasing technical and professional skills.
- Strong motivation in addressing, analyzing and solving complex problems Required Qualifications - Good knowledge of MS Office Additional Qualifications below would be a plus - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) - Knowledge of Oracle database - Knowledge in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) - Knowledge of network protocols - Knowledge of federation technology (SAML) Required Language * Japanese native preferred.
Working knowledge of English.
Ability to read and write.
