IAM ADVISORY - SENIOR MANAGER

An IAM Advisory Senior Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, innovating and delivering all aspects of complex IAM advisory projects, including the following: Lead advisory projects to develop strategies, guidance and plans Hold interviews with multiple stakeholders across our client’s IT and business to discover IAM current state Own the project management portion of advisory work by completing and submitting regular status and schedule updates Lead workshops and conversations about various IAM topics with our clients and prospective clients, as well as presentation and webinars that Integral Partners is participating in Stay abreast of IAM technologies and trends, stay on top of vendors’ road maps and plans to use in advising Document and provide analysis on IAM portions of cyber security frameworks in the advisory work, including NIST, ISO, and SOX, and be comfortable having compliance level discussions around their controls Drive clients to complete advisory projects on schedule by proactively managing upcoming tasks Thought leadership for the organization, along with the rest of the advisory team, specifically around IAM trends and new standards or frameworks Delivering IAM strategy presentations to various audiences including IT and executive leadership Manage the process to document IAM needs in a way that supports approval and investment by leadership, an overall understanding of the corporate finance and budgeting process Managing other resources when advisory projects overlap with other work Integral Partners is conducting, or if the help is needed Be a team player, and jump in when you can to cover for the team or take on practice development work to improve our delivery Attend, contribute, and represent advisory in pre-sales when needed, which includes discovery calls, developing advisory proposals, and managing the process Develop guidance and current state perspective within a framework in a fashion that is defendable to the client, capturing evidence during discovery for the rating or guidance Provide other assistance as needed, as the advisory team is often called on for tasks that need a thought leader with experience Abide by and be an example of the core values of Integral Partners and the framework we use for consultant expectations 7+ years progressive and current work experience as an adviser, systems integrator, or consultant in the Identity & Access Management security domain Extensive experience with designing and implementing IGA including architectural understanding of its technical components Experience with PAM solutions at a level to advise on appropriate solutions and configurations Experience in access management, an understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth/OpenID, SP/IP, tokens, APIs, and MFA Have experience working with ITSM technologies or teams, and integrations between ITSM and IAM solutions Understand infrastructure and networking at a level to discuss IAM in those realms Extensive experience developing and delivering IAM or cyber related presentations to different audiences, including IT and executive leadership Knowledge and experience of cloud IAM, and how it is deployed with the leading cloud vendors, as well as best practice for Cloud Infrastructure Entitlements Management (CIEM) Preferred Professional Experience: Experience or knowledge of database technology at a level to discuss technical usage of databases in IAM a client may have Experience working with development teams, and understanding IAM needs in regard to their work Knowledge of the IAM processes for lifecycle, and the work flows needed for joiner, mover, and leaver from recruiting through leaving the organization Have knowledge of IAM monitoring and reporting tools, and how they integrate with cyber tools to provide a more comprehensive picture Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or other technical field (required) Master’s degree in Business or other technical field (preferred) Certifications : CISSP (preferred) Offer: Competitive Salary Home working PTO Health Insurance 401k plan Range: $175 000 - $200 000 + Equal Opportunities Statement We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy or maternity or age.
