HSE COORDINATOR/ SUPERVISOR - LATVIA

Key Responsibilities.
Enforce the organization's HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Implement measures to eliminate or minimise risks to workers, equipment, and the environment.
Perform site inspections Maintain accurate records of incidents and report findings to management and regulatory authorities.
Conduct HSE training and induction programs for employees and contractors.
Promote awareness of safety practices, emergency response procedures, and environmental sustainability.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to statutory H Identify potential hazards and provide immediate corrective actions.
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce safety protocols.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of HSE experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role on infrastructure or construction projects.
Proven track record of managing HSE on large-scale infrastructure projects (e.
., roads, bridges, utilities, or similar).
