Healthcare Research Director As a Quantitative Research Director , you will be the driving force in managing and coordinating quantitative research projects within the healthcare sector. Your Responsibilities •Lead and inspire a high-performing research team, ensuring the delivery of insightful and actionable recommendations to our clients. •Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, developing a deep understanding of their needs and opportunities. •Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding our impact within the healthcare market. •Foster the professional development of your team, providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support. Our Ideal Profile •You bring a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including a deep understanding of key therapeutic areas within RX. •You have a strong understanding of and experience with quantitative research methodologies. •You demonstrate strong business acumen with proven commercial and accounting skills, including market analysis, strategic planning, negotiation, client management, and a results-oriented mindset. •You are fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken). •You are a proactive and inspiring leader with a passion for developing others and achieving ambitious goals.
