the successful candidate will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of creating unique campaigns that leverage cutting-edge growth marketing to increase market penetration in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
the role will be a blend of strategy formulation, slowly sculpting a robust team and on-ground implementation of unique campaigns that will allow the company to attract new customer segments across consumers, brands and corporates.
responsibilities.
analyze market trends and customer preferences to develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that encompasses digital and traditional channels, focusing on aggressive growth and brand positioning have a hands-on approach where necessary to ensure a global outreach and maximize engagement, retention and conversion supervise the development and publishing of marketing content in both digital and physical mediums ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message, at the right place and time.
identify potential candidates to grow the marketing team, coach, inspire and motivate the same.
engage closely with product, tech, and design teams from product development to market introduction.
manage a budget, allocating spending and optimizing a blend of channels to hit growth targets efficiently, while thinking long term and being resourceful.
regularly review and analyze campaign performance data, adjusting strategies for optimum roi.
champion the company's brand communication, ensuring that all communications and campaigns are consistent, high-quality, and resonate with target audiences.

master's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, digital media, or related field 5+ years in marketing and sales, with demonstrable experience in digital platforms, emerging tech industries, or innovative start-ups proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that involve scaling user growth, building brand presence, and executing global campaigns demonstrable leadership skills exceptional verbal and written communication skills demonstrable networking and stakeholder management skills strong data-driven decision-making and experience in data analytics tools, understanding how to measure campaign performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
completa l'offerta the succesful candidated will be offered a permanent contract and a competitive salary package, consisting of fiexed salry plus performance related bonuses.
