develop and implement financial strategies for the company.
prepare and present financial reports and risk analysis.
supporting the accounting centre of excellence to ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results.
manage budgeting and forecasting efforts.
supporting the accounting centre of excellence in establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
supporting the accounting centre of excellence in their interactions with the external and internal auditors.
provide leadership to the finance department team.
engage with senior management to develop short, medium, and long-term financial plans and projections.
oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
overseeing the financial strategy and budgeting process of the organization.
manage the company's financial planning and risk management.
supporting global financial teams in preparing, analyzing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
collaborate with senior management to make critical business decisions.
manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors.
identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
lead and manage the finance team.
oversee the management of company investments.
competenze ed esperienza job qualification, skills and attitudes.
bachelors and master's degree preferably in business administration or economics previous experience as a chief financial officer, finance director or similar role strong understanding of financial law and financial risk management excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods ability to strategize and solve problems strong leadership and organizational skills excellent communication and interpersonal abilities an analytical mind, comfortable with numbers in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles and laws completa l'offerta the salary offer will be considered according to the candidate's professional experience and economic package.
