Sound interesting? Then come and join our global team as Head of Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapies Italy to manage the Sales & Portfolio Solutions in the country.
*The position requires residency in Italy* Your tasks and responsibilities.
You oversee the management of our Portfolio Solutions and Sales Organization, executing strategic initiatives and marketing efforts to achieve country-specific targets (Sales Revenue, P&L, Market Share), while ensuring alignment with the overall Zone Strategy You are responsible for the deployment and execution of the Portfolio Solutions strategy, including the development and implementation of Reference Site strategy.
Additionally, you will build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders, distributors, associations and end customers You proactively monitor reference prices in the Italian market, collaborating with the Zone to ensure accurate price positioning while maintaining overall profitability and achieving revenue targets.
Additionally, you manage distributor sales and marketing initiatives to support these goals You support respective Zone Business Leads and Country Head in developing and achieving the overall country strategy, as well as Portfolio Solutions -specific country targets To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.

You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales & marketing role in the Medical Device industry, with a strong sales orientation and prior experience working with both public and private healthcare organizations You have extensive leadership experience with a proven track record of success, demonstrating a collaborative leadership style that fosters teamwork, open communication, and cross-functional collaboration Your strategic mindset enables you to predict long-term market dynamics with a horizontal vision that boosts growth in all business areas Prior experience in the In Vivo Diagnostics market is a valuable asset Your attributes and skills.
You hold a degree in biomedical engineering or a related scientific field You are fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English You are dynamic, self-driven, and possess strong business acumen with the ability to achieve goals independently You demonstrate strategic thinking with a long-term vision for growth and success You excel in collaboration, effectively building business opportunities across various business lines You are a team player who respects and values diversity You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills You work effectively across functions to solve problems and implement change You have a proven ability to meet high-performance goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment You are open to frequent travel within assigned territories and nationally when required Our global team.
