La persona scelta avrà il compito di rafforzare i presidi organizzativi della società al fine di assicurare la piena osservanza della normativa riguardante l’attività svolta e le relazioni con i propri stakeholder, garantendo una piena e continua conformità dell’azienda alla normativa vigente ed agli standard etici assunti.
Nello specifico, si occuperà delle seguenti attività per tutte le società del gruppo.
Identificare i rischi di non compliance rispetto a tutte le normative applicabili.

gs , abusi nella catena di fornitura, ecc.
Identificare i rischi di non compliance rispetto al Codice Etico Creare ed implementare, laddove non esistenti, politiche aziendali e procedure che supportino la conformità alla legge, l’integrità del comportamento rispetto ai valori aziendali e alla gestione dei rischi Supportare l’ODV nella vigilanza, adeguatezza e rispetto al MOGC e svolgere i relativi test insieme al team di Internal Audit Svolgere un monitoraggio periodico circa le normative locali e internazionali relative a 231, anticorruption e whistleblowing Coordinare e supportare il Whistleblowing committee e l’OdV nell’analisi, verifica ed identificazione di eventuali red flag Mantenere un aggiornamento costante circa le evoluzioni normative a livello nazionale ed internazionale, condividendo best practices, tools e metodologie Gestire la relazione con il team di Internal Audit Insieme al team HR, progettare e realizzare programmi di formazione per i dipendenti in merito ai requisiti di conformità e alle migliori pratiche Supportare altri organi aziendali quali il Comitato Strategico di Sostenibilità, il Comitato Fornitori, ecc.
Requisiti Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza (l’iscrizione all’albo degli avvocati sarà considerato un plus) Esperienza pluriennale in aziende strutturate con un focus specifico sulla compliance Serietà, affidabilità e discrezione Ottime capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team Approccio proattivo Inglese fluente parlato e scritto
