As a Head of Clinical Assurance and Development you will be responsible for undertaking analysis of internal and external MI to proactively improve clinical delivery through innovative and evidence-based interventions. Develop the clinical management team, recruitment processes and retention strategies to support PFAS in meeting SLAs of the PIP contract. As Head of Clinical Assurance and Development , you work closely with the Head of Service Delivery and PFAS Managing Director to maximise profit while meeting clinical objectives. Using your understanding of clinical governance you will collate and produce statistics, reporting to the business and client on a regular basis whilst updating the PFAS Managing Director on the performance of the clinical team, and improvement strategies. With proven knowledge of clinical governance, you will be required to ; · Support PFAS to continue to meet and improve on the SLAs of the PIP contract. · Undertake analysis of weekly and monthly internal and external MI to develop proactive improvement strategies. · Evidence continued improvements to the KPIs relating to clinical SLA’s · Develop the Senior Clinical Management Team and support changes to ensure efficient working practices and improved service delivery · Identify any reduction to KPIs of clinical SLAs and present innovative actions to improve KPIs. · Complete at least two PIP consultations monthly and maintain approval.
