job description the resource, reporting directly to the cfo, will have the following responsibilities.
* control and manage the accounting department leading a team of accountants * direct the financial reporting process, financial reporting, and ensure timely and accurate reporting * develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures * ensure that local laws and regulations are consistently complied with and coordinate relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities * establish and maintain relationships with senior management, investors and banks * oversee cash flow, carry out forecasting, budgeting activities and financial model development * monitor financial performance, prepare financial reports and identify trends and opportunities for improvement * amplify leadership and be a financial guide to ensure the organization and development of strategies aimed at achieving financial objectives * maintain a constant update on industry trends and good practices to advise on optimizing processes and cost reduction initiatives competenze ed esperienza * degree in accounting or finance * at least 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, including 3 years in a leadership role * excellent knowledge of italian gaap and ifrs and experience in financial reporting and compliance * experience in the renewable energy industry or a related field is considered a plus * excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills * excellent analysis skills, including data analysis, and problem solving * excellent knowledge of microsoft office, in particular excel * excellent knowledge of english languages completa l'offerta the company offers an advantageous remuneration package which includes a maximum fixed salary of € plus a variable bonus.
