Mission Train and develop cross-channel teams with a strategic approach to delivering an elevated customer experience, becoming brand ambassadors of the Guess Jeans culture, values, and proposition across the EMEA region cross-channel. Ensure the planning and delivery of all field product and retail training programs, enabling store teams to enhance customer experience, product knowledge, and operational effectiveness. What you will be doing Manage retail training plan for Guess Jeans brand in all its aspects, with a strong focus on Product Knowledge and commercial/selling skills cross-channel (retail, wholesales, e-comm): Manage travel plan to stores and local subsidiaries, spending proper time in stores, between coaching and in-store training for the field staff, ensuring adequate organization of training interventions across all EMEA stores; Act as a reliable partner for Country and Retail Leadership and Wholesales and Ecomm key stakeholders to identify staff training needs and develop proper training solutions. Having a retail-facing role, carrying out training store visits and interventions and nurturing local relations with all business stakeholders at EMEA level cross-channel; Plan, implemented and facilitate the company's retail training programs to increase Guess Jeans brand Product Knowledge and Customer Service, elevate brand awareness among store staff, improve training efforts, and ultimately increase sales, with a strong focus on store KPIs and performance improvements, as well as team coaching and development; Work with the EMEA store managers/store ambassadors and retail leadership, as well as all key Wholesales and Ecomm stakeholders, to design an in-store training plan and schedule; Ensure all new retail hires are fully trained on the Guess Jeans Brand (culture, values, target, product, etc.) and support having consistency in all areas of store operations and client experience as per corporate standards, through proper onboarding programs. As a key ambassador of the GJ Brand, train internal corporate teams as well whenever needed; Monitor training efficacy through surveys and other ROI and efficacy analysis methods; With a strong team-playing spirit with the rest of the Training team, manage the planning, design & creation of new training content and materials in new innovative, smart, modern, and tailor-made ways, aligned with company strategy and goals, making use of all methods, tools, and channels available; Work with the rest of the Training team to coordinate updates and management of the MyAcademy App; Work in a team with the US Training team and all EU product lines, businesses, and departments at corporate, as well as local HR, Retail, and Leadership teams in all EU countries. What we’re looking for You are required to travel across the EMEA region to deliver training & coaching sessions throughout the year based on a validated calendar; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4-5 years’ in-store experience in similar roles in retail companies, preferably with experience with street, young, modern, Americal style brands; Proficiency in the knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken). Any additional language is a plus; Knowledge of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel), any additional operational system or graphic or video competence (like InDesign, Photoshop, video editing, animations), or training specific tools (Articulate, Storyline, etc.) is a plus; Strong passion for the fashion industry; International background is a plus; Open-minded toward a multicultural environment; Strongly creative and innovative, high out-of-box thinking; proactivity and outgoing attitude; Customer-oriented, approachable, and strong interpersonal skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; A good team player; Must possess leadership skills and be precise, well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines, and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment; Strong multi-tasking skills, and ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
