We are currently seeking a Gucci Women’s RTW Pattern Maker as part of our dynamic team in Novara.
Job Description Your opportunity You will be an integral part of the Gucci Women's RTW Pattern Making Department and will create patterns requested by the Design Team and your supervisor.
Complying with pattern design criteria in terms of wearability and development will be your focus at all times.
This exciting role will allow you to work in production for a top luxury brand and to enhance your pattern making skills even further.
How you will contribute Create patterns based on the Design Team’s sketches Manage the manufacturing of patterns used for prototypes using CAD programs Participate in fittings, providing technical support and advice on product development and handling any modifications required Build and maintain a close relationship with the Design, Product Development and Atelier Teams to ensure a timely product delivery Keep the pattern archives updated Develop and guarantee standard fits in collaboration with the internal technicians Continually research new ideas to improve quality and efficiency Who you are A pattern maker graduate with at least 7 years’ experience An expert in pattern production using CAD Lectra Highly organized and able to plan efficiently A strong leader A proactive individual with clear initiative Willing to travel from time to time Proficient in Italian, both written and spoken, and preferably also in English Job Type Regular Start Date Schedule Tiempo completo Organization Gucci Logistica S.
