Job Description Where and when could you start the internship with us? Starting from 28th October , we will offer an internship opportunity in the Facility team.
Key Accountabilities The candidate will support the facility team in its daily activities.
Specifically, the candidate will help the person in charge of maintenance and urgency requests alongside the entire company population.
Morover the candidate will have to monitor the hires and leavers updating the files concerning the localisation inside the campus and accordingly update the related layouts.
Moreover, it will have to give administrative support for the drafting of maintenance and service contracts.
What will you learn with us? Building management.
Learn to oversee daily operations and maintenance of corporate facilities.
Space management.
Gain skills in optimizing office space for efficiency and employee comfort.
Report preparation.
Develop the ability to collect data and create detailed reports for management.
Supplier management.
Gain experience in coordinating and monitoring suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and supplies.
What are the basics? You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Architecture, Engineering, Surveyor or related fields.
Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required.
Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities Good interpersonal and communication skills Excellent Excel and Autocad proficiency Good knowledge of Sap How will the Recruitment process look like? You should apply on the career site section at Gucci.
