We have grown significantly in a short space of time and are now looking better understand and analyse our patients, both existing and future. We have committed to several large change projects and this includes re-shaping our Marketing team, refreshing our brand and improving the patient acquisition and retention strategies. It’s an incredibly exciting time and we are seeking a dynamic, customer orientated Growth & Marketing Manager to help us expand our reach and retain our valued patients. The Growth & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our patient base and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our current and future patients. You will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective in-bound marketing campaigns, analyse patient data, and foster positive relationships with patients and stakeholders. As the Growth & Marketing Manager, you'll report directly to the Head of Brand Marketing . Your data analysis skills will be crucial to the success of the bigger marketing strategy. You'll be uncovering insights from patient journey, product/service, go-to-market, and retention data to inform key business decisions. Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition: Manage end-to-end customer acquisition plans from concept to delivery. Collaborate with marketing to attract new patients through strategic campaigns. Work with the Social Media Manager to identify consumer pain points and identify trends and opportunities for in-bound marketing techniques. Create relevant and engaging content (e.g., newsletters, infographics, email campaign’s) utilising an inbound go-to-market strategy, to attract the audience organically. Oversee and optimise acquisition channels, including online and offline methods such as search, display, social media, electronic direct marketing, and affiliate partnerships. Optimise marketing acquisition strategies to reduce costs and attract the ideal patient base. Collaborate with the commercial team to assess campaign performance and effectiveness. Leverage marketing intelligence, customer insights, and data analysis to understand Newson Health’s audience and campaign impact. Track, analyse, and report on engagement program KPIs, forecasting and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. Partner with internal and external teams to continuously improve campaign outcomes. Implement a test-and-learn approach to ensure ongoing campaign success. Customer Retention: Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with patients, serving as a dedicated advocate for their well-being throughout their menopause journey. Effectively communicate with patients to understand and address their concerns regarding treatment plans, billing, or any other aspect of their care. Actively gather feedback from patients through surveys, interviews, or focus groups to identify areas for improvement and inform retention strategies. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop personalised patient engagement programs that encourage continued care and address potential concerns before they arise. Work collaboratively with patients to ensure a smooth transition into continued care after their initial appointment or treatment plan. Work with the commercial team to propose and execute targeted retention initiatives. Compile and present detailed reports on patient satisfaction, engagement metrics, and retention rates to inform strategic planning within the clinic. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse patient demographics (age, ethnicity, medical history) to identify key patient segments and tailor outreach efforts accordingly. Track and analyse treatment outcomes to identify the most effective options for managing various menopause symptoms. This could involve analysing symptom severity before and after treatment, patient satisfaction with specific treatments, and potential side effects. Analyse patient engagement metrics, such as appointment scheduling rates, follow-up visit adherence, to identify areas for improvement and optimise the patient journey. Analyse patient retention rates by treatment/service type, demographics, or other factors to identify potential areas of churn (loss of patients) and develop targeted strategies to address them. This could involve analysing patient feedback alongside retention data to understand why patients might not be returning. Compare performance metrics (e.g. patient satisfaction, retention rates) with industry benchmarks or competitor data to identify areas for improvement and best practices to implement. Compile and present clear, concise reports with visualisations on key data points to stakeholders to inform evidence-based decision making. Reports to track trends over time, compare different treatment options, or highlight areas needing further investigation. Ensure all data analysis and reporting adheres to necessary regulations and patient privacy protocols. Skills: Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a customer retention or acquisition role, preferably within a healthcare or similar industry. Excellent understanding of acquisition marketing and retention strategies. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting with senior management. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Flexible and adaptable, with a keen attention to detail. Strong business acumen. Ability to manage all levels of stakeholder with high expectations and strong work ethic. Take personal and professional pride in delivering a high quality of work. Able to manage time, priorities and a heavy workload, including multiple projects at once.
