San Domenico Palace, Taormina, a Four Seasons Hotel About the role Four Seasons Hotel Milano and San Domenico Palace, Taormina – both iconic properties within the Four Seasons portfolio – are seeking a high-performing Group Sales Manager to oversee the US Market and Americas.
This is a unique opportunity to join a world-class sales team in a stunning location, promoting two of Italy's most prestigious luxury destinations.
What you will do As a Group Sales Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, you will focus on promoting and selling group business across the US Market and Americas.
Your role is critical in generating hotel and resort awareness through proactive sales activities, including direct calls, sales trips, fam trips, and attendance at tradeshows.
The successful candidate will possess an analytical mindset, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to make sound decisions while building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities.
Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts to drive business and increase market share.
Leverage prospecting tools to solicit and secure new business for both properties.
Utilize Four Seasons programs, sales developments, Worldwide Sales offices, and customer events to maximize business opportunities.
Qualify and convert group leads to generate rooms and catering revenue, ensuring a positive RevPAR impact.
Create and execute detailed account plans for the assigned market to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of group experiences, including pre-arrival arrangements and event execution.
Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and fam trips to establish strong client relationships.
Maintain a competitive understanding of the luxury market and our comp set, ensuring our offerings remain compelling.
Ensure CRM hygiene through diligent account management in line with Four Seasons standards.
Contribute to sales strategy meetings, providing market insights and trends to influence decision-making.
Produce and execute quarterly and annual action plans, aligning with the company’s marketing and sales objectives.
Assist the Regional Director of Marketing and the Senior Director of Sales on strategic projects aimed at driving demand and revenue growth.
What you bring A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Group Sales Manager role, preferably within a cluster setup.
Proven and strong expertise in the US Market, LATAM and Americas regions.
Comprehensive understanding and experience with buyout requests, including the unique demands of such events.
Deep knowledge of the luxury/high-end market and the ability to navigate its unique nuances.
Excellent negotiation skills and a strategic mindset for decision-making.
Creative and innovative approach to identifying and capturing sales opportunities.
Fluency in English and Italian (reading, writing, and speaking).
Previous experience and/or understanding of Opera, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

This is a regular-term, full-time position based at the award-winning San Domenico Palace, Taormina, a Four Seasons Hotel.
Applicants must have the legal right to work in Italy and meet the required language proficiency criteria.
