About the Role.
We are currently looking for a talented professional for a maternity leave substitution inside the Group Food Safety and Quality Raw Material team (Cereals, Animal Products, Sugar, Chemicals categories).
You will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero, with the responsibility to ensure an end-to-end monitoring and management of quality processes related to raw materials products (suppliers’ qualification, specifications, quality requirements, control plans, issue management, KPI and reporting), in accordance with Ferrero Policy.
Main Responsibilities.
RM documentation management Editing specification, technical documentation, guidelines Editing and managing Raw Materials Minimum Control Plan Suppliers Qualification and Vendor List management Qualifying Suppliers (On site/Remotely/Documental Audit) Audit reporting (CAPA, Check list…) Monitoring Suppliers quality performance, managing and monitoring improvement action plans Editing RM Dashboard and Quality Suppliers Evaluation Managing and maintaining Suppliers Vendor list Raw Materials Quality issues management Managing Quality issues along all supply chain representing the reference for Ferrero internal structure (PQM/FSQ/SC/Purchasing/etc…) Managing Quality issues along all supply chain representing the reference for Ferrero Suppliers Projects Development Support Management of Industrial trials related to raw materials Management of specific projects for improving raw materials.

Profile Master’s Degree preferably in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields 1-3 years of professional experience in Quality field, preferably within structured food companies Analytical skills, proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, teamwork, drive for results attitude Ability to manage relationship with different stakeholders International mindset and mobility Availability to international business trips Passion for Food Safety & Quality topics Keen on our products, consumers and category IT Skills Excellent command of PC (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP Knowledge.
Languages Fluent in English and Italian; Other languages are considered as a plus.
