The Digital Solutions unit within Gridspertise, reporting into the Head of Cloud Operations, is looking for a Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Service Manager . About Digital Solutions: Digital Solutions is a highly strategic and crucial department for our product-focused company. It was initiated with the aim of providing a modern and innovative suite of software & data solutions aligned with the Company portfolio strategy and with internal operational needs. A lot goes through here: following the Gridspertise strategy and prioritization, Digital Solutions is in charge of the entire design and execution of the Software solutions roadmap! What you will do: As an Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Service Manager, you will be responsible for all activities related to: Have deep knowledge and usage capabilities of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity managed services catalogue including recurring services, catalogue services and implementation services (on demand requests); Facilitate and optimize service request and change request processes with other GSP stakeholders (e.g., platform team, solutions team, sales team) for Infrastructure and Cybersecurity; Support configuration and continuous improvement of ticket management tool; Support on the definition of backup and retention policies; Define, support, and oversight the Cloud infrastructure Profiles; Support and oversight User creation and User-Profile association. Who you are: Bachelor/Master’s degree preferably in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience, with: Proven experience of 5+ years in the role and in the specific sector; Competence in managed cloud infrastructure; Strong capability to manage external supplier; Strong analytical skills; Strong experience in relationship with multiple stakeholders; Advanced proficiency in English; Knowledge of Spanish will be considered as a plus.
