Enterprise Architecture Team, within Platform & Aplplication Division is group of the area experts professionals, whose evalute projects according to technical, governance & compliance requirements.
To extend expertise in the team we are looking for.
Global Enterprise Architect for Manufacturing and Engineering.
This role give opportunity to collaborate with different business across Hitachi organizaton, be a part of complex transition from the current distributed IT architecture landscape to a central managed IT architecture landscape and lead the development of IT policies and standards that drive business success Your involvement.
Develops directly or indirectly the enterprise architect IT policies, standards and guidelines that steer the selection, development, implementation and use of IT application solutions and IT technologies within Hitachi Energy business.
Supervises and facilitates the evaluation and selection of appropriate IT applications, IT technologies and IT solutions.
Supervises or consults on IT solution architecture implementation and modification activities, particularly for new and/or core/common IT application solutions.
Challenges the IT architecture and IT service landscape regarding content and process and makes recommendations for improvements.
Develop and maintain roadmap of initiatives within the domain of responsibility Your background.
Education& experience.
Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar 10+ years of IT experience within the relevant IT domain Superior analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IT technologies Excellent experience in objectively evaluating IT solutions and making recommendations Superior experience to translate business requirements into IT capabilities and solutions Superior experience in leading IT people who do not report directly Superior experience of identifying and resolving issues between team members or other teams Excellent experience in project planning and execution as well as economic aspects of system management and life cycle Above 5 experiences in working in a non-native country and culture Fluent spoken and written English Domain-specific Skills and Knowledge.
