I consulenti finanziari saranno assunti con una forma contrattuale dedicata che gli consentirà di lavorare a stretto contatto con le colleghe e i colleghi della filiale durante i due giorni da dipendente, e nei restanti tre giorni della settimana saranno liberi professionisti.
Contratto e logiche di remunerazione • Due giorni alla settimana.
lavoratore dipendente con contratto a tempo indeterminato (part time verticale e stipendio regolato dal CCNL Credito), con il ruolo di gestore nelle nostre filiali sul territorio nazionale.
• Tre giorni alla settimana.
lavoratore autonomo con ruolo di consulente finanziario monomandatario (Offerta Fuori Sede), con remunerazione collegata alla redditività del portafoglio gestito (partita IVA) • Pieno accesso ai benefit del Gruppo Intesa Sanpaolo (Fondo Pensione, Assistenza Sanitaria, Condizioni Agevolate ecc.) Esperienza e requisiti richiesti almeno nove mesi di consulenza in prodotti di investimento (certificata ai fini MIFID) superamento dell’esame OCF per esercitare il ruolo di consulente finanziario età compresa tra i 21 e 32 anni laurea Triennale/Magistrale in ambito economico/finanziario e politico/giuridico oppure diploma quinquennale liceo (classico, scientifico, linguistico, economico/sociale) o diploma tecnico-commerciale Il professionista che stiamo cercando presidia le esigenze complessive della clientela gestisce in maniera efficace il portafoglio clienti assicura una consulenza a 360° avvalendosi dell’offerta fuorisede La selezione Il percorso di selezione si compone di più fasi.
